Dear Friends of Healing Music,   Welcome to the beautiful fall colours of October. I hope that you have time to visit some favourite trees and enjoy the gorgeousness - I love this time of year!   I'm back from a wonderful trip to Ottawa. I played at The Mystical Event with my good friends Chris Gartner & Mark Daniel. It was a wonderful day! Thanks to all the friends who attended. And a big thanks to the organizers, Stephane and Veronique for all their wonderful effort in arranging this lovely event.   I have some wonderful Music Meditations in Toronto during October.    On October 18, Sunday, 1:00pm to 3:00pm,  I will be returning to the tranquil Yoga House to offer a Music Meditation. (The Yoga House - 7 Copeland Avenue) I will be joining Celeste Shirley who will be guiding the participants through some gentle yoga poses. We offered this event a year ago and it was a beautiful day! This is yoga for all, even if you have never done any yoga this is an event that you can attend - relax, rest, restore.   Please note: this event was originally scheduled for October 11 but has been changed to October 18. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to make a reservation.     October 24, Saturday, 7:30pm I will be offering a Music Ceremony with Mark Daniel (Tibetan and crystal bowls) at the new 'Home' for the Toronto Music Meditations - Esther Myers Yoga Studio. (390 Dupont Street) It is so lovely to have this cozy and central location, I love playing there! You will stretch out on the mats or rest, sitting with your back to the wall while both Mark and I walk around the space offering our Healing Music. (chairs are available too).
